COSMETIC PAVEMENT DISCLAIMER

Upon inspection of the condition of your pavement by one of our highly trained estimators, we at the Beckage Sealcoating Co. have concluded that we must classify any work to be performed on your pavement as COSMETIC SEALCOATING. Due to poor pavement condition and/or one or more of the following factors, your sealcoating and repairs will be completed for cosmetic purposes only, and cannot be guaranteed. Some of the factors leading to this decision may have included: large structural cracks, excessive hairline cracks, potholes, cracking, checking, or flaking of previous coats of pavement sealer, chicken wire cracks etc. A COSMETIC SEALCOATING application will do nothing to help the structural integrity of your pavement, or stop further cracking and degradation of the asphalt itself. COSMETIC SEALCOATING will be done for the purpose of beautifying the pavement surface only.
