1. All vehicles should be removed from the driveway, and parked at
least fifty feet from the entrance of your driveway. This should be done the morning
we will be sealcoating your driveway,
before we arrive please.
2. We ask that you please remove all objects, such as: basketball
nets, flower pots, kids
toys, firewood, lumber, and excessive piles of stone, dirt, and
mulch,
before we arrive.(
WE DO NOT SHOVEL PILES OF DIRT!!) We
will not be held responsible for accidental breakage of any of these
items.
3. Please cut all, flowers, bushes, and trees, that hang within six
inches of your pavements surface. We ask this because we do not want
to be held responsible for cutting them the wrong way. If these
items are not cut by the homeowner, we will simply sealcoat around
the area, and not disturb it. Also, for our safety please spray all
wasp and hornet nests prior to our arrival.
4. We ask that any areas of kids chalk, excessive dirt, and lawn
fertilizer, be washed away two days prior to us coming to sealcoat
your driveway. Sealer will not adhere to any of these substances.
5. Please lock up all pets before we arrive, since their paw prints
will not look good on your sealcoated driveway or sidewalk. We are
not responsible for pet
mishaps. We do not return to fix paw prints on wet sealer or clean
sidewalks due to pet mistakes.
6. Please make sure all children are under your control when we
start working on your driveway. We are not responsible for them
getting into any trouble (or wet sealer).
7. Please turn off all sprinklers the night prior to our arrival,
and keep them off for 48 hours after our departure. We are not
responsible for sprinkler mishaps.
